We are the Archibus team, a division of Geodata Systems Technologies Inc.  Composed of Archibus-certified professionals that have implemented the product in the Philippines since 2009,  we have extensive experience in implementation, training, and supporting our clients with the Archibus platform.

How is Archibus delivered?

There are two deployment options:


Archibus SaaS. Hosted by Archibus in the Amazon cloud platform with automatic quarterly software updates, the Archibus SaaS solution already provides everything that most customers will need to manage facilities at their site.  This is faster to deploy.


Archibus (non-SaaS). Provides full customization features. It can be hosted locally or by partners.

How much is Archibus?

There are 3 cost components--- 1) Software, 2) Training and Implementation, and 3) Support.

To arrive at a cost, we need to interview the client to determine the needed Archibus modules, and readiness assessment.  This helps us determine the investment price for deploying Archibus to your organization.

How long does it take to get our organization started with Archibus?

This varies depending on the chosen Archibus application, your data (availability and quality), and your IT requirements (for non-SaaS deployments). 


The fastest we have ever done was within 30 days and longer timelines are 6 to 18 months projects for medium to large-scale implementations.
